About Us

Parivartan Bahuuddeshiya Sevabhavi Sanstha is a catalyst for change in Marathwada, offering underprivileged youth a second chance to build meaningful, skilled lives. Rooted in inclusivity, we believe that every young person who has fallen through the cracks—whether by dropping out of school or lacking formal education—deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Our Story & Purpose

We saw that the challenges facing school dropouts weren’t just economic—they were also cultural and social. Without supportive environments, many young people are unable to complete school or acquire the skills industries require. Parivartan was founded to address these gaps and transform despair into potential.

We’ve developed a model based on four pillars that guide all our work:

  1. Community Engagement – We cultivate youth leadership, promote life skills, and encourage cultural, recreational, and social activities that help develop confidence and a sense of belonging.

  2. Industry Partnerships – We collaborate with government bodies, industries, NGOs, and trade entities. These relationships help students gain exposure, practical insight, and access to employment opportunities.

  3. Livelihood Training – We offer hands-on vocational training in areas like electrical work, mobile repair, home appliance maintenance (A/C, refrigeration), motor mechanics, driving, DTP, Tally, nursing assistance, and more. Our approach emphasizes 70% practice and 30% theory, ensuring training is relevant and job-ready.

  4. Livelihood Support – More than just training, we ensure that around 60% of our students are gainfully employed each year, whether in wage jobs or self-employment. We have a dedicated placement cell and network of livelihood coordinators to support this goal.

What Makes Us Unique

  • We’re the only inclusive vocational program of its kind in Marathwada, open to anyone who can read and write—no formal schooling required.

  • Along with technical training, we focus on attitudinal growth through our “Soch ka Parivartan (SKP)” program, which teaches essential life skills: decision-making, time management, money management, values, hygiene, work readiness, etc.

  • We also offer supplementary skills like English communication, basic computer skills, mentoring, counseling, and community involvement.
